it didn't have to come to blows until Rafer decided to retaliate for Barnes' hit so of course the refs had to pin it on Rafer by suspending him
@neil: barnes was the one that incited the fight with his dirty hit during the play but Rafer was the one who actually made the thing happen by going after Barnes.

bball players cant fight. It just seems like a lot of tall, lankey guys "flailing their arms around" and pushing players away and then falling down..Makes me laugh..
but come on, no question that Alston got ejected because he clearly started it. the refs knew they had to eject someone (can't you just hear Commish Stern screaming "teach them a lesson! we don't tolerate that #@$%&! behavior!") so they picked the guy that looked like he started it.
